Excel Refrigeration

Excel and its associated companies have teams and branches nationwide, employing more that 300 staff in the industrial refrigeration, electrical and capital project space. The company is privately owned and still headquartered in its home town of Hāwera in Taranaki, where they have established a specialist shared services team to support the team NZ wide. The challenge was to source enterprise level experience, on site, in a small and isolated regional town. Moxie partnered with the owners to successfully source multiple niche finance roles including a Group CFO.
