What makes a great Integrator tick?
We're building an objective behavioural benchmark of the EOS Integrator seat across Australia and New Zealand, and we're inviting the EOS community to help.
Why we're doing it
The Integrator is one of the most important seats in an EOS business. The accountabilities of the role are well understood, but there is less objective data about the type of person the seat requires.
Are there behavioural characteristics that consistently matter? Do experienced Integrators share common traits? Where do successful Integrators differ? And how much does the Visionary, the business and its stage of growth change what is needed?
We want to find out.
How it works
We're collecting two different perspectives.
EOS Implementers, Visionaries and business owners will complete a short job profiling survey. This looks at the behavioural demands of the Integrator seat and the type of person they believe is most likely to succeed in it.
Integrators will complete a behavioural survey. This looks at their natural behavioural style, including how they tend to approach work, decisions, people and pace.
We'll bring the results together to look for common patterns, meaningful differences and potential watch-outs.
We're not trying to create one perfect Integrator profile. The aim is to build a useful benchmark that gives the EOS community more objective information about the people who occupy this pivotal seat.
Why Moxie is involved
Moxie works with private and founder-led businesses on important executive and leadership appointments, including Integrators and similar operational leadership roles.
Much of our work is about understanding not just what a seat needs to deliver, but who will perform best in it. Behaviour, values, leadership dynamics and fit with the wider team all matter.
