As one of the larger businesses in the Bay of Plenty, our client often goes outside of the region to fill specialist positions and has been working with Moxie for this purpose for several years. The ESG analyst position was ultra niche as the role had a hybrid financial analysis focus, making a very small talent pool even on a national basis.
