An internal maternity leave cover option had fallen through at the last minute and so our client, a global FMCG business, had to fill this critical role at very short notice. Moxie was engaged to fill this unique role, targeting similar businesses around NZ. Having delivered on similar mandates in the past and forgoing advertising, Moxie was able to deliver a strong shortlist within a very short timeframe, ultimately filling the role with an exceptional candidate from within the industry, based out of the Bay of Plenty.
